We try to get all orders shipped out by the following business day!
If your order is placed before 10am you may get lucky and have it dispatched that same day.
Of course you are also more than welcome to pick up your order and a bite to eat from our HQ, Angel Sussurri in the picturesque Yarramalong Valley.

Unfortunately at this time we don't ship overseas.
Our return policy is 7 days.
- Damaged Goods
If on the unfortunate occurrence that you receive your goods damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item and your details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure a new one is sent to you as soon as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Adverse Reactions
In the unlikely but absolutely horrible event that one of our all natural skincare products has caused a reaction on your skin, please email us at email@example.com right away with your order details so we can investigate further, our team will then advise on next steps from there.
Our products have a shelf life of 18 months so if your product has exceeded this period, we do recommend ceasing use right away as we can’t guarantee the results after this time.
